Bleach/Death Note

If you’ve been wanting to see some anime or live Asian films on the silver screen, the you might want listen in. Viz Pictures along with National Cinema have recently announced that they will be premiering “DEATH NOTE” and “BLEACH THE MOVIE: MEMORIES OF NOBODY” in over 300 movie theaters across the country. “Death Note” will be stepping up to the plate first as a two-night event will be taking place on May 20th and 21st (Tuesday, Wednesday) and will feature an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the creation of this breakthrough live action production, an in-depth interview with Director Shusuke Kaneko and a unique look at the talent behind the Death Note characters. “Bleach the Movie” will be coming out about three weeks later on June 11th and 12th (Wednesday and Thursday), and will also include special features such as an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the talent behind the characters as well as interviews of this highly-anticipated premiere with the Japanese Director, Noriyuki Abe, Producer Ken Hagino and Character Designer, Masashi Kudo.

Tickets for “Death Note” are currently available online, and “Bleach the Movie” will be available starting tomorrow (May 9th). All movies will begin at 7:30 locally. For tickets, locations and for more information you can go to www.fathomevents.com.
