Blues

Oh yeah… Now I remember why I became a tester. A friend of mine showed me this job posting for a Test Manager in Japan. The salary is set between 10 and 14 million yen (I am assuming per year). That is around 98 to 132 thousand dollars. Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. While living on an entry level’s salary far from wine and roses, Test Managers have been known to make within this range. Think it’s a difficult position to jump into? Sure is. If you look at the requirements you might notice that the job requirements include at least six years experience as a test lead and a bachelors degree (oh yeah and this one requires that you speak Japanese fluently). The deadline to apply was last year, but if you want look at the level of dedication, then you can follow this link here.

Six years of experience huh?
