During October, it was announced that Comic Con renewed their contract with the San Diego Convention Center up to 2015 with the acknowledgement that the hosted site will be expanding. Honestly though, could you imagine it anywhere else? Comic Con International and San Diego have been joined to the hip since the beginning which dates back to more than 40 years. It has grown from being a small gathering of Marvel and DC fans to an all-out show featuring Hollywood stars, comic industry legends, the E3 bandwagon and a weekend party scene around the area that can rival Mardi Gras. Well maybe not rival, but it’s definitely a fun scene.
