DGH Studios
Although the approach has changed since the beginning, the goal has changed very little: to work within my resources to build an informative and entertaining website through various forms of media. This initially began with a reviewing various anime, manga titles, reporting from several conventions, and interviewing different people from the J-Pop industry. As plans are in effect for DGH Studios to become the hub for other types of media within 2008, Omoshiroi Blog is slowly becoming the flagship for this company.
Omoshiroi Blog
The original purpose of Omoshiroi Blog is three fold. The first is to post recent news from concerning the J-Pop industry. The site has also been known to pick up on real world issues outside the industry’s boundaries if only for the importance . The second is to promote and get the word out on new products available. This is espescially the case with apparel, collectables, and new companies. Finally, the third goal is to post humorous (if not ironic) forms of news and media found throughout the web. There are even times where the staff will post their own humorous entries. The site is also home to three recurring projects “For Your Consideration…”, “Lessons Learned From…”, and “From ‘That’ Gaijin’s Perspective”.
